Rachel and Sophie- Happy 1st Anniversary
Rachel and Sophie's wedding has been by far one of my favourite weddings. I did both their hair and makeup for their wedding day.
They expressed they felt a little nervous about having their hair and makeup done as they often do not wear makeup..
Rachel and Sophie are made for each other and I had so much fun with them, they came together to their trial and got ready together on their wedding day too, they are soul mates and wanted to share all the special things of the day , together! Just lovely!.
I love doing both the hair and makeup on a bride as I feel like completing a whole look is so rewarding, I felt so special that they trusted me with this task , the fact I was able to do the hair and makeup for both brides was a lovely treat!.
On the day I had the added bonus of Chris Barber Photography doing his magic.
It is quite rare you get good 'makeup' photos from a wedding as naturally the photographer is focusing on the wedding photography rather than the makeup, but Chris captured some beautiful makeup shots showing off their beauty in such a serene way.
I love Chris's photography , the pictures are so raw, full of emotion , beautiful and always captures natural laughter and excitement. I could not wait to see the final wedding photos after seeing the engagement shoot. The wedding was held at the Custard factory teamed with a VW, colouful converse, black bridesmaid dresses and bright yellow sunflowers, this wedding oozed Rachel and Sophie's personalities. Happy 1st Anniversary !!!!
